W dniu 01.10.2018 r. Burmistrz Barlinka Dariusz Zieliński i Wicemarszałek Jarosław Rzepa podpisali umowę o przyznanie pomocy ze środków Programu Rozwoju Obszarów Wiejskich na lata 2014-2020  na realizację projektu pn.: „Budowa świetlicy wiejskiej w Osinie”.

Projekt ma na celu zbudowanie świetlicy wiejskiej w Osinie w miejscu obecnej. Budowa nowocześnie urządzonego miejsca niewątpliwie wpłynie na  wzrost atrakcyjności wsi, a co ważniejsze mieszkańcy zyskają nowe miejsce spotkań. Już w fazie projektowania powstał harmonogram wydarzeń, które odbędą się w nowym miejscu.

Zakres inwestycji obejmuje rozbiórkę istniejącego budynku i wykonanie nowego obiektu o powierzchni użytkowej ok. 139 m2 wraz z niezbędną infrastrukturą techniczną i zagospodarowaniem terenu. W zakres prac wchodzi również budowa instalacji fotowoltaicznej zlokalizowanej przy budynku świetlicy. Budynek będzie w pełni przystosowany dla osób niepełnosprawnych.

Całkowita wartość projektu wynosi: 873 791,33 zł, z czego kwota dofinansowania to 500 000,00 zł.
